Delivery Summary
Order Handling: Orders aim to be dispatched the same day if orders are received by our cut off time of 1.00pm (GMT) (Mon-Fri). Orders placed after this time will be sent on the following working day. If placed after 1.00pm on a Friday then orders will be dispatched on the following Monday.
Daily Cut-off time: 1:00 PM (GMT).
Transit Time: Orders generally arrive between 2 and 5 working days (working days do not include Saturdays, Sundays and Bank Holidays in UK Law).
Delivery Area: United Kingdom.
We deliver to all UK postcodes. Non-mainland areas may take 1–3 additional working days.
All orders will be provided with tracking numbers after they have been processed.
Bank Holidays:
- No dispatch: Orders are not processed or dispatched on UK bank holidays.
- Order timing: Orders placed on a bank holiday are processed on the next working day.
- Delivery impact: Delivery estimates are extended by at least 1 working day.
Shipping Costs:
We aim to keep our postage costs as low as possible for our customers. Please note that our costs are made up not only of the actual cost to ship the item with the courier but also for packaging and material costs.
Flat Rate Shipping Cost: £3.95 for all UK purchases (this cost remains the same no matter how many items are added to your basket.) This will hopefully help you to keep the costs down if planning to purchase more than one item at the same time.
Spend £40 plus and we provide FREE shipping. (In the UK mainland only).
How are our items packaged?
Many of the items we sell are collectable and some can be fragile. Please be assured that we properly package all of our items securely and discreetly and use proper packaging to ensure the items you receive are in the same condition as when we sent them out.
